JOHN D. FETZ

John D. Fetz is a resident of Atlanta, Georgia, residing in the Dunwoody community with his wife Camie, and their three children: Ryan, Ansley and Anna Marissa. He is the President, Southeast Corporate Services of The Staubach Company, a well known real estate consulting organization with offices throughout the world, and is responsible for the successful implementation of his firm's business strategy in the Southeast.

Experience and integrity are the cornerstones of his leadership. He focuses on tenant advocacy, teams comprised of professionals with varied, yet complementary skills, and a strategic integrated methodology, a fancy way of saying that his folks overlay real estate strategies with his clients' business strategies. His office's unique approach to commercial real estate has resulted in 100% growth over 6 years. John has worked on various types of projects from build-to-suit to purchases, leased and acquisition to strategic planning. His client list includes The Coca-Cola Company, Kaiser Permanente, Assurant, Turner Broadcasting System, and United Parcel Service.

Prior to joining The Staubach Company, John worked with HCB Contractors in Dallas as Director of its Build-To-Suit Division. He began working with The Staubach Company in 1989 and took the reins of the Atlanta office in 1991. When you look at the success of The Staubach Company's Atlanta office, you see a reflection of John Fetz.

A 1978 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Construction, Mr. Fetz also has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Prior to attending Auburn, John attended Dykes High School in Buckhead and graduated from Peachtree High School in Dekalb County.

John also serves on the Board of Directors for Georgia Family Council as the Chairman and Family Wise Boards. He also serves as an elder for North Point Community Church.
